Charles Addams (7 Jan, 1912 – 29 Sep, 1988). He was an American cartoonist known for his particularly black humor etc...The man who originally created the Addams Family would have been 100 had he not died in 1988.
Charles Addams was a cartoonist at the New Yorker and started drawing the characters humorous macabre in 1938.
This character eventually took on the name of the author and have been in a TV series, an animated series, two feature films and a Broadway musical made.
