Frozen Planet is a nature documentary series, co-produced by the BBC, the Discovery Channel & The Open University.Frozen Planet is the latest art series from the creators of "The Blue Planet" and "Planet Earth".
This latest offering is narrated by Alec Baldwin and is on the Discovery Channel in seven parts of air, based on the life and environment in the Arctic and Antarctic areas. In the video preview above, the ruin playful polar bear cub on a hunting his mother, while in the video below, a brinicle, or brine ice accident of his ice shelf on the seabed of the Antarctica, destroying everything in its path.
The first episode is entitled "The Far Side of the Earth" and features polar bears are fighting against each other for mates, surfing penguins, killer whales and fry in a well organized group of seals.
The first Sunday evening (March 18) to 8 clock ET / PT on Discovery.
